Printing a form that needs completing twenty times, padding a booklet so the signatures fall right, building a stack of identical tickets — all of them mean the same page appearing over and over, and all of them are miserable to do by hand.

What Duplicate PDF Pages does

Repeats the pages you name, the number of extra times you choose, keeping them in place rather than appending them to the end. Duplicating page 3 twice gives you pages 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4 — not 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 3.

Accepts all, single numbers, comma lists and ranges, so 2, 5-7 is a valid answer.

Detailed steps

 1. Add the PDF.
 2. Enter which pages to repeat, or leave all.
 3. Set extra copies. This is copies in addition to the original, so 1 gives you two of each page.

Worth knowing

Note that the count is extra copies, not total. Setting 20 on a single page gives 21 pages, not 20 — which is the difference between a tidy print run and one sheet of waste every time. If you need exactly twenty, ask for nineteen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does "extra copies: 1" give me one page or two?

Two — the original plus one copy. The wording is deliberate, because "copies" is ambiguous everywhere else and people get caught by it.

Where do the copies go?

Directly after the page they came from, so the document stays in a sensible order. If you want all the copies grouped at the end instead, extract the page, duplicate it, and merge it on.

Can I duplicate a form and fill each copy differently?

The copies are identical when created, including form fields. Whether the fields can then hold different values depends on how the original was built — many PDFs share a single value across fields with the same name.

What does the page range accept?

Single pages, comma-separated lists, and hyphenated ranges —
2, 5-7
means pages 2, 5, 6 and 7.
all
duplicates the whole document.

Is Duplicate PDF Pages free?

Yes. The Vootkit free plan includes 5 tool runs a day. Upgrade to Vootkit Pro for unlimited daily use, an ad-free workspace and saved workflows.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Duplicate PDF Pages runs entirely in your browser — your file is processed on your own device and never sent to a server. There is nothing for us to store or delete.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Duplicate PDF Pages works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. Open the page and start.

How often can I use it? Is there a daily limit?

On the free plan you get 5 tool runs a day. When you reach the limit you'll see a prompt to upgrade, and it resets the next day. Vootkit Pro removes the cap entirely for unlimited daily use.
