What Delete PDF Pages does
Removes the pages you name and returns a PDF containing everything else, in its original order.
This is the mirror image of Extract PDF Pages — same operation, opposite input. Use whichever describes your situation in fewer numbers, because that is the one you are less likely to get wrong.

Worth knowing
Page numbers refer to the original document throughout, so you do not have to account for pages shifting as earlier ones are removed. Entering 2,3,4 removes the second, third and fourth pages of the file you uploaded — not a moving target.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do the numbers shift as pages are deleted?
No. Everything is evaluated against the original document, so 2,4,6 removes the second, fourth and sixth pages of the file you uploaded. You do not need to compensate for earlier deletions.
What if I list a page that does not exist?
It is ignored rather than causing a failure. The remaining valid pages are still removed, so check the output page count if you suspect a typo.
Should I use this or Extract PDF Pages?
Whichever needs fewer numbers. Dropping two pages from a hundred-page report is a deletion; keeping three pages out of a hundred is an extraction. Same result either way.
Does the text stay selectable?
Yes. The surviving pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so text, links and vector graphics are untouched.
