You can. It lives in this browser’s local storage, so clearing site data removes it, it does not appear on another device, and a browser reclaiming storage can drop it. Copy your cards into a document periodically if the deck represents real work.
How many cards should a deck have?
Twenty to fifty for a single session. Longer decks mean the cards you struggle with come round too rarely to help, and the session becomes a slog rather than practice.
Should the front be a question or a topic?
A question. "Photosynthesis" prompts vague recognition; "What does photosynthesis convert light energy into?" forces an actual answer, and only the second builds retrievable memory.
Does it do spaced repetition?
No — it is a straightforward deck you flip through. For scheduled review intervals you would want dedicated software; this is for building and drilling a set quickly.
