What Photo Filter Studio does
Applies one of eight presets: black & white, sepia, invert, vintage, cool, warm, high contrast and B&W film.
Cool and warm shift colour temperature, which is the adjustment that most often rescues a photo — indoor lighting casts orange, overcast daylight casts blue, and correcting for that does more than any amount of brightness.

Reach for warm or cool before anything more dramatic. Most disappointing photos are not badly exposed, they are badly white-balanced — indoor bulbs push everything orange and shade pushes it blue. Correcting the temperature makes a photo look professionally handled in a way that a heavy filter never does.

Which filter should I use?
For correcting a photo, warm or cool to fix temperature. For a deliberate look, vintage and B&W film are the subtler options; invert and high contrast are effects rather than corrections.
Can I stack filters?
One at a time here. To combine, apply one, download, and run the result through again — noting that each JPEG save adds a little compression loss, so use PNG between steps.
What is the difference between black & white and B&W film?
The first is a straight luminance conversion. The film preset applies a tone curve as well, lifting the shadows and rolling off the highlights the way film stock does, which reads as less clinical.
Is the effect reversible?
Only invert, which is its own opposite. The others discard information — keep your original.
